All policies are strictly
enforced. It is the customer responsibility to go through the policy before
making a purchase. By making a purchase from The Computer Doctor, customer
acknowledges that he/she has read through the policies and is aware of the
rights and disclaimers set forth.
(RMA) Return Merchandise
Authorization Policy

No refunds on software.

All return for consumer electronic products will
be 20% restocking fee for non-defective items, Non-refundable after 15 days ,
Physical Damage or Specific Item Note with " No Return for Credit ".

Please make a return merchandise authorization
(RMA) request before return items to The Computer Doctor.
- To
apply RMA number, please write down the - The Computer Doctor- Order number
,item ,Code ,Serial number and short description of reason to return, email to
RMA then you will get a RMA within
48 hours.

The serial number(s) of the item(s) returned must
match the serial number(s) listed on the original sales invoice(s). If these
numbers do not match, The Computer Doctor is not responsible for the
replacement or refund of the items, and the RMA will be invalidated. The items
whose serial numbers do not match will be shipped back to the customer at the
customer's expense.

When returning a product for RMA, the RMA number
you were given when you requested service must be clearly marked on the
outside of the box. The Computer Doctor reserves the right to refuse the
packages as is.

All shipments must be prepaid. Physical damages
void all warranty. The Computer Doctor will not be responsible for any
shipping damage or loss. All claims for shipping damage must be presented to
the shipping carrier immediately.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) products must be processed
for RMA within 7 working days of the invoice date. All defective items will
be replaced or repaired within the Terms and Limits of the Manufacturer's
Warranty. The Computer Doctor is not liable if, but not limited to, the
manufacturer is not in business or the product is irreplaceable. Refunds will
be sent to customer for products for irreplaceable products found defective
with no physical damage within 7 days from RMA receipt by The Computer Doctor.

All return merchandise must be received by us
before a replacement can be sent out.

All returned merchandise must be in its original
packaging ( including all corresponding parts, manuals, cables, and diskettes,
etc.); otherwise, packaging materials will be billed for each item.

The Computer Doctor will not be responsible for
any physical damage or modified product. System must be "As shipped
configuration".

RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after being
issued. After 10 days, customer must contact us to reconfirm the RMA
